Stamboulie Career Consulting job search coaching programs are designed to help executives find the best possible next position more quickly and efficiently. We find that clients in on-going monthly programs progress more quickly as they receive consistent guidance, motivation, and progress checks. If desired, programs can include between-session advising and document review.

Regardless of your location, we can provide personalized advice and counsel using a combination of teleconferencing and videoconfercing (often utilizing screen sharing technology) to ensure a high level of accessibility and service. Your customized career transition process will include, as needed:

1. ASSESSMENT
Review current status and goals. Overview of coaching process. Assist with any pressing issues. Choose and deliver appropriate assessment tests, exercises and books. Review and synthesize all assessment results. Establish initial career targets. Research and refine targets, including conducting preliminary informational interviews.

2. JOB SEARCH MARKETING MATERIALS
Tailor and improve resume. Craft elevator pitch and value proposition.

3. JOB SEARCH STRATEGY
Introduce “200 jobs” contact spreadsheet, review and demonstrate sources of contacts. Learn research techniques and refine spreadsheet.

4. INFORMATIONAL/EXPLORATORY MEETINGS
Draft introductory e-mails and phone call scripts. Practice meeting request calls and elevator pitch. Prepare for exploratory meetings/information, film as needed. Troubleshoot challenges.

5. FORMAL JOB INTERVIEWS
First impressions training. General interview preparation as well as preparation for each individual interview. Conduct filmed mock interviews. Individual interview follow-up strategizing. Second/third/fourth round coaching.

6. OFFER NEGOTIATION
General training as well as step-by-step assistance with each offer. Preparation to start new job.

MONTHLY PROGRAM OPTIONS

JOB SEARCH PROGRAM INCLUDES:
• Four hours of in-person or video- or telephone coaching appointments (can use one or two hours for between-appointment phone and e-mail advising)
• All recommended assessment tests, materials and books
• NYC Metro Area Clients: weekly two-hour executive transition coaching groups

FAST TRACK JOB SEARCH PROGRAM INCLUDES:
• Six hours of in-person or video- or telephone coaching (many clients use one or two hours for between-appointment phone and e-mail advising)
• All recommended assessment tests, materials and books
• NYC Metro Area Clients: weekly two-hour executive transition coaching groups
