Scheduling Appointments - New Clients

Stamboulie Career Consulting has a user-friendly online client appointment system through a system called TimeTrade. The online system allows you to check appointment availability and schedule and re-schedule your own appointments 24 hours a day.
Once you have scheduled your appointments, you can download and view them in your usual calendar system (Outlook, Google, Mac, or pen and paper.) You need only access the appointment site to schedule and reschedule.
STEP 1: SCHEDULE AN INITIAL CONSULTATION ON THE SYSTEM (new clients)
- Before or soon after you schedule your appointment, please e-mail your resume and a little background about the reasons you are interested in career coaching.
- If you remember, please also mention who referred you or how you learned about us.
- If you have any other materials that might be relevant to our work together, such as copies of past career-related tests/exercises or performance reviews, feel free to e-mail them or bring them with you.

* Initial consultations are generally 30 or 45 minutes. If you wish to combine a working session with the initial consultation, or are scheduling a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment, please schedule a 90-minute appointment.
STEP 2: CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON THE TIMETRADE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM:
After you schedule an appointment you will be taken to a CONFIRMATION PAGE.
• If you use a digital calendar, click the red and white calendar symbol to add your appointment to your Outlook, Google Calendar, Mac, or other calendar.
• Then click on the padlock symbol, which will take you to the "Create a password-protected account" page on the Timedriver dashboard. You will need to create a Timedriver account, in order to make any future changes and for us to receive notice of those changes to your future appointments. You can sign in automatically from this computer if the "Remember me" box is checked. (Please do so only if you are at your own computer.)
STEP 3: TO SCHEDULE SUBSEQUENT APPOINTMENTS:
Click on one of the appointment choices for current clients and choose a convenient date and time. Repeat the process to make multiple appointments. (Unfortunately, Timedriver does not yet have a way for you to automatically schedule recurring appointments, but they assure us that they are working on it.)
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT:
Sign in to your account to view and reschedule your appointments. All appointments made on system have to be rescheduled in your TimeTrade account for us to receive notice of the change. (If did not set up an account when you made your first appointment through TimeTrade, schedule a new appointment and you will again be given the opportunity to set up an account. When you have a Timedriver account, you will have access to both appointments and can cancel or reschedule them as desired.)

NOTE ON AVAILABILITY: Please be aware that there is greater evening and weekend availability for telephone/video appointments than for in-person appointments. If you have an urgent need for an appointment and you see no availability, call or e-mail as we may be able to make an adjustment to accommodate you.
