Payment Options and Policies

MONTHLY COACHING PROGRAMS
Payment is due at the first meeting of each calendar month. We will work around your travel schedule to accommodate all your meeting hours, either in person or via teleconference. If you will be away and not available for telephone sessions for a period of two weeks or longer, we will prorate for that month on request.

INDIVIDUAL HOURLY APPOINTMENTS
While clients on monthly programs tend to progress faster due to more frequest consultation and greater accountability, hourly in-person, videoconference and telephone appointments are available. Hourly appointments are billed pro-rated based on length of session with a one hour minimum. Payment is due at the time of appointment.

WEEKLY JOB SEARCH GROUPS
We recommend our eight-session group coaching package for executives in transition to encourage regular attendance. We will refund you for any unused groups if can no longer attend due to a new job or a relocation. Job search groups sessions are included automatically in individual monthly programs, but clients are asked to inform us whether or not they plan to attend the group each week.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

LOCAL CLIENTS
Please bring a check with you if possible*. We now offer a secure Intuit/Quickbooks feature that allows clients to pay by check just once and then we can debit their bank account for any subsequent invoices. (You will just need to sign a form to get set up - copy below.)

NON-LOCAL CLIENTS
We use secure Intuit/Quickbooks feature that allows clients to tell us their bank account information* just once and then we can debit for any subsequent invoices. You can tell us the information over by phone, and then you can complete and sign the form below and form by fax or mail.)
